Processing Time
All ready-to-ship orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days. Because many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in preparation time may occur.
Custom & Special Orders
Custom and special orders require additional preparation time. These orders may take up to 2 weeks to be made and shipped, depending on the complexity and materials needed.
Shipping Schedule
We ship orders twice per week, on:

Saturdays
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on shipping days will typically go out the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Shipping times vary based on the carrier and your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delays
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or carrier issues that are beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
